Project Manager Job

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects.
• Conduct plan reviews, time estimating, and scheduling reviews and manage project budgets with reporting responsibilities.
• Handle site coordination and maintain clear communication between the general contractor and the owner.
• Process and manage change orders or requests for information (RFI’s).
• Ensuring compliance of work with safety standards.
• Apply technical, managerial, and analytical skills gained from Construction Management studies and professional certifications.
• Use specialized softwares (AWP, FieldWire, and StecField) to record and initiate reports for stakeholders.
• Review plans and verify pay items for contractor and subcontractor compliance with the plan specifications.
• Ensure quality and perform material testing, including concrete air tests, slump tests, temperature checks, and cylinder sampling.
• Manage traffic control operations on highways and bridges.
• Perform special inspections using scissor lifts or boom lifts as required.
• Conduct building envelope special inspections and waterproofing material inspections across different projects if needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field of study.
- Two years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects, with expertise in reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications, scheduling, quality assurance, and quality control.
- Certified Oklahoma Highway Construction Materials Technician.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Proficient in BlueBeam, Procore, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Project.
