Project Management Specialist (Ref: 1):

Conduct resource allocation and load balancing to optimize manpower and equipment across concurrent projects. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to integrate cost estimation data into project schedules for improved budget forecasting. Implement quantitative risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations to predict potential cost overruns and schedule deviations. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project execution efficiency using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to track activities, dependencies, and milestones across multiple large-scale projects. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local construction regulations by conducting periodic project audits. Oversee cost tracking and variance analysis to ensure project expenditure remains within budgeted limits. Utilize SAP or Oracle ERP software for financial reporting and cost control integration with procurement workflows. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to communicate project goals and progress.

Tools: Rhinoceros 3D, V-ray, Enscape, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and D5 Render.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum Experience: Twelve (12) months.

Pay Range: $68,203 - $78,203/year
