Job Description:
A Project Management Specialist wanted by Prosweetz Ingredients Incorporated (doing business as Panasource Ingredients Incorporated) in Edison, New Jersey.
Job duties:
· Collaborate with management to identify, analyze, and address project-related operational and business challenges, and support the clarification and execution of management objectives.
· Coordinate the lifecycle of assigned business projects by supporting requirement analysis, resource coordination, and delivery review across functions such as R&D support, production planning, supply chain, and customer collaboration.
· Develop and maintain project plans, and work with cross-functional teams to support resource allocation and priority sequencing, ensuring timely product sampling and production readiness.
· Monitor potential operational risks related to project execution, such as raw material delivery delays, information sensitivity, and scheduling constraints, and assist in maintaining standardized response guidelines to support project continuity.
· Support supplier price comparisons and alternative sourcing evaluations to improve material availability and delivery timelines and provide analytical input to procurement-related decisions.
· Analyze operational and business data related to projects, including cost components, inventory movement, and scheduling metrics, and prepare summary reports to assist management in evaluating project performance.
· Utilize Excel-based analysis tools and query structured business data (e.g., using SQL or similar tools) to support the preparation of reports on operational metrics, inventory trends, and market-related indicators.
· Assist in maintaining demand planning and inventory tracking tools linked to project schedules to support inventory planning, reduce excess stock risk, and improve inventory turnover efficiency.
· Monitor industry and market developments through industry associations, exhibitions, and external resources, and prepare periodic summary reports to support internal planning discussions.
· Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to support follow-up activities on existing projects, contributing to customer retention and repeat business.
Salary: $94,000.00 per year

Education, Experience, and Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management
· At least 2 years of experience in End-to-end project lifecycle management in manufacturing and supply-chain-driven business environments
· Must have knowledge of Process documentation, risk monitoring and mitigation, resource allocation, SQL
