Project Estimator Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator . The Estimator will be responsible for accurately analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful bidding and execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Equivalent experience may be considered
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
