Job Description:
• Work on Mini CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) Projects related to Mini and Small excavators.
• Collaborate with Parts team and working with SANY R&D systems to inform the changes needed on parts book.
• Provide Engineering support assigned by Project managers on helping Manufacturing team on assembly & troubleshooting to install these attachments with supplier help and make necessary changes to the design.
• Collaborate with Service team about machine failures and support and provide ideas/suggestions of troubleshooting. If needed, communicate and get information or solutions from Business Units.
• Analyze warranty claims’ projects assigned by Project manager, find the root causes and work with cross functional team to get the solutions/changes.
• Liaise with China BU (Business Units) and communicate between BU and SA on meetings and send the meeting notes related to the meetings with cross functional teams.
• Review machinery manuals according to the new product requirements and configurations.
• Work on ECN (Engineering Change Notice) changes provided by Project managers and communicate to all internal SA teams.
• Collaborate with Suppliers to purchase the specific attachments for our VOC (Voice of customer) machines.
• Support Product Manager on the design development projects within the NPI (New Product Introduction) based on VOCs and cooperate with BU to develop the requests.

Job Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management.
• 3 months experiences as Project Engineer on analyzing expenses based on CAD drawings
• Knowledge of Engineering Economics Analysis and Engineering Data Analysis.
• Knowledge of Purchase and Supply Chain Management and Engineering Management
• Skills in AutoCAD, Golden BIM, Autodesk Revit.
