Job Description:
Integrate product data into the ERP system to streamline the manufacturing and inventory management processes.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, machine drawings, 2-D drawings, CAD drawings and material callouts, and/or material processing note requirements.
Responsible for assisting with manufacturing projects and process improvements.
Assist in programming or reviewing CAM code for factory machining.
Experience with 3D software required (Solidworks, Solidworks PDM) in conjunction with architectural projects.
Create Bill of Materials for projects and coordinate with purchasing for procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure designs meet functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective criteria
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in design and manufacturing technologies.
