Job Description:
? Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems
? Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems

? Design, analyze, and optimize HVAC and mechanical building systems to improve energy efficiency and operational performance.
? Conduct engineering assessments and technical evaluations of existing building mechanical systems and controls infrastructure.
? Lead the deployment, testing, commissioning, and validation of HVAC control systems and building automation systems (BAS).
? Interpret mechanical controls drawings, specifications, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
? Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve automation, controls integration, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
? Coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation through completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, and engineering standards are achieved.
? Collaborate with software, product development, and operations teams to integrate cloud-based optimization technologies with mechanical systems.
? Investigate equipment performance issues and recommend corrective engineering actions.
? Support the development of internal engineering tools, analytics processes, and building performance monitoring systems.
? Ensure engineering projects comply with applicable safety standards, technical specifications, environmental requirements, and quality assurance procedures.
? Provide technical support and training to internal teams, building operators, and clients regarding HVAC system operations and optimization strategies.
? Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to energy conservation, sustainability, and building operations.
