Schedule:
Getting you to and from the floatel is completely seamless and stress-free. Bridgemans pays for your flights (from major Canadian cities) and transportation to and from the project site, ensuring your travel is fully arranged and supported for every shift rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Administer project policies and procedures
• Assemble data and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Prepare, review, redact project manuals and correspondence
• Ensure internal orientation and onboarding documents are completed, and all managers and supervisors are aware of any updates
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment through the diligent practice of all HSE regulations
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, HSE (health, safety, and environment), and other activities
• Analyze operations data and assist in preparation of operating budgets
• Coordinating accommodation and travel arrangements
• Coordinating, facilitating, and keeping meeting minutes
• Support the accounting department with collecting all receipts and tracking expenses, invoicing, and other tracking
• Support the management team with inquiries and other project administration tasks as required
• Label and file appropriately all crew documents and certificates
• Coordinate travel logistics for the smooth movements of the crew on and off the vessel
• Act as an ambassador for Bridgemans in all dealings with the public, clients, management, and colleagues
