Programs Manager Job

This position is responsible for the research, analysis, and development of policies, procedures, and protocols related to the Programs at the 16 Wisconsin Technical College districts. This position acts as a liaison with the technical colleges, providing technical assistance in the development and maintenance of transfer programs. This position is also responsible for reviewing policies from higher education accreditation agencies to determine technical college compliance. In addition, this position provides technical and administrative support services to the Education Division and the Associate Vice Presidents for Instructional Services and Student Success.

The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Office currently has an opening for a Programs Manager! We’re a highly engaged, collaborative team of about 50 employees with an office located at the new Hill Farms State Office Building on Madison’s near west side. The WTCS Office is the administrative service agency of the WTCS Board, which is the coordinating and oversight body for Wisconsin’s 16 public, two-year technical colleges.
