Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to build the social, health, economic sufficiency of marginalized, low-income and newcomer groups. The Program Supervisor will assist in providing administration and supervision for program and services to the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinates daily functions and offers full administrative support
- Engage in all aspects of program development, including planning, executing, tracking progress, and evaluating outcomes.
- Evaluate program progress to ensure service delivery remains consistent with goals and organizational direction.
- Continuously evaluate program outcomes and recommend improvements based on participant feedback and shifting organizational priorities.
- Assist in shaping, executing, and enhancing programs and services to ensure alignment with community needs and compliance with funder standards.
- Handle scheduling, deadline monitoring, and progress tracking to maintain smooth and efficient program delivery.
- Create, execute, and enhance services and activities to ensure they align with the organization’s mission, core principles, and long- term goals.
- Partner with project coordinators to strengthen administrative workflows that facilitate effective program and service operations.
- Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive needs-assessment process to inform how project activities, curricula, and resources align with community needs and comply with funder standards.
- Represent HSDC in the community by building stakeholder partnerships and attending meetings that foster collaboration.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support program and organizational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 2 years in a full-time supervisory or managerial role
- Communicates clearly, respectfully, and professionally, demonstrating strong active-listening skills.
- Shows reliability and dedication by being punctual, reliable, and maintaining a positive attitude at work.
- Focused on enhancing meaningful corporate social responsibility programs that create community impact, deepen employee involvement, and support a strong public image.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Engages colleagues and partners in an welcoming, collaborative, and respectful manner that fosters strong relationships and shared trust.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Zoom.
