McFarlane Signature Travel is building a new generation of travel consultants—people who don’t just book trips, but create elevated experiences.

In this role, you’ll assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing accurate travel information, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish. You’ll also be introduced to the fundamentals of travel consulting, giving you the opportunity to grow into a more advanced, income-generating role over time.

?? Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about travel services, policies, and offerings
Assist customers with bookings, updates, and general support
Maintain organized records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently

?? Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills (email, messaging platforms, data entry)
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Detail-oriented and dependable
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
