professional services manager - business services Job

Duties:

1.Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the Service Department, ensuring the delivery of premium pool maintenance, customer care, and business services.
2.Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures that align with Betz Pools’ CLEAR Core Values and operational standards.
3.Create action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support managers in resolving operational or technical challenges.
4.Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, ensuring Betz Pools’ “white glove” service promise is met.
5.Plan, administer, and control departmental budgets for contracts, equipment, staffing, and service delivery, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
6.Represent Betz Pools within industry associations, client meetings, and community networks to reinforce brand reputation and client relationships.
7.Hire, train, supervise, and motivate managers and staff, building a high-performance culture that delivers on KPIs.
8.Coordinate and evaluate projects and programs across service, construction, and customer care teams to maintain seamless operations and client satisfaction.
