Professional Services Consulting, Staff Consultant Job

Perform assessments of software applications/source code and recommend software security and/or information security controls. Join in the execution and delivery of planned project deliverables and milestones that assist clients in learning, understanding, and applying secure software development methodologies. Responsible for applying software engineering skills to assist teams in the completion of client engagements. Translate client security requirements, conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of applications, and/or networks, source code analysis and delivery of detailed written results in sections of final reports as part of deliverables to clients. Telecommuting permitted 100%.

Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or related field and two years of experience in web application security consulting with clients, testing and risk management.

Also requires education or experience in: 1) Software architecture, including web application, web services, API gateway, and cloud native app; 2) Java, .NET, JavaScript , django , and python; 3) Source code review, software penetration testing, and security assessments; 4) Analyzing databases and application design to identify security weaknesses; 5) Network security analysis; 6) threat modeling; 7) Cloud computing including WS, Azure, GCP or Ali Cloud.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The base salary for this role is between $109,079.36 to $129,079.36 per year. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate.
