Professional House Cleaner Job

Califa Sky Cleaning is a locally owned cleaning company serving Greater Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Ventura County. We refer highly vetted independent cleaners to residential clients who value reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. We treat our contractors like professionals — clear communication, consistent job flow, and no micromanagement.

Duties

-Perform recurring and one-time residential cleaning services (standard, deep, and move-in/move-out)
-Follow a structured cleaning checklist to deliver consistent results every visit
-Communicate professionally with clients and the Califa Sky team before and after each job
-Arrive on time, and prepared with your supplies
-Represent the Califa Sky standard at every home you service

Qualifications

-Have at least 2 year of professional residential cleaning experience
-Work independently without supervision and take pride in your results
-Are reliable — clients depend on you to show up and perform every time
-Communicate clearly in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
-Have your own transportation and reliable access to cleaning supplies
-Can pass a thorough vetting process (background, references, and interview)
-Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures
-Flexibility to adapt to different household routines and schedules; reliable transportation is preferred
-Have your own supplies including a vacuum, cleaning agents, and a mop
