WANTED: Production Workers – Available for 24-Hour Shift Work

Employment conditions:
• Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time
• Work Location: #101 - 8811 Laurel Street, Vancouver, BC V6P 3V9
• Wage: $19.50 ~ $23.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)
• Working Hours: 35~40 hours per week
o Must be available to work anytime our operation of 24 hours per day.
o Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Job duties:
• Work in different areas of the bakery production facility, including sandwiches, cakes, bread, pastries, and other product lines as required.
• Safely operate commercial kitchen and bakery equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and other production machines.
• Follow daily deployment plans and production schedules for each product line.
• Prepare, measure, and transport ingredients and raw materials to the appropriate production areas.
• Follow the company policies/recipes for handling ingredients and machines.
• Ensure food and work safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment/machines.

Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary
• Must be available to work anytime our operation of 24 hours per day.
• Must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20 kg regularly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks (kneading, lifting) for the full duration of shifts up to 10 hours
• Ability to work in hot and warm environments for prolonged durations
• Experience in a high-volume, 24/7 bakery/food production facility is an asset.
• Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is an asset.
