Production Supervisor Job

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor,
ensuring efficient and safe work processes. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating workflow,
meeting production goals, and ensuring product quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have
strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, the ability to work collaboratively, and a
commitment to operational excellence

High School diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish to assist with employee relations, provide training, and
support a diverse workforce.
• Food Production or Manufacturing experience.
• Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
