A-1 Trusses Ltd is looking for Production Supervisor Permanent Full – Time to join our team.

Job duties
• Monitor and manage job activities of production team
• Create work schedule for production team
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
• Resolve work place related issues
• Hire & train staff as required
• Proposing methods for performance improvement
• Order material as required
• Prepare production reports

Employment requirements
• Completion of high school
• Some supervisory experience will be an asset
• Ability to communicate in English
