Wage: $34.62 per hour

Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week in between 7PM to 8AM daily. (ONLY overnight shifts)

Job duties for this position include:
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff for producing, packaging, and delivering our baked goods and products.
• Supervise the staff for the overnight cleaning cycle duties for the appliances and tools etc. in the production on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Maintain the record of inventory for the ingredients, materials, and supplies.
• Order the ingredients, materials, and supplies etc. as of the inventory records, if needed.
• Follow up for the maintenance of the materials.
• Prepare production and other reports, such as quality control/safety/pricing.
• Establish methods to meet work and delivery schedules with coordinating work activities with other departments and wholesalers.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Participate in hiring meetings, meetings with vendors/suppliers/wholesalers, if needed.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy.

Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food/beverage service or processing industry including minimum 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
• Must be available to work any shifts during overnight shifts from 7PM to 8AM.
• Must be available to work on ALL holidays and weekends.
