Permanent Position: Production Supervisor (NOC #92013)

Positions Available: 01
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible.
Wage Rate: $29.50/hourly for 40 hours a week
Job Location: Unit #2 - 5563 268 St, Twp of Langley, BC, V4W 3W1.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, Weekend, Day and overtime, if required.
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of experience required
Language: English
Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• May set up machines and equipment.
Work setting: Plastic products manufacturers
