PJ Atlantic Franchising Ltd. O/A Papa John's has an immediate opening for an experienced Production Supervisor-Food & Beverage processing (NOC: 92012) at our location in MONCTON, New Brunswick.
As a Production Supervisor-Food & Beverage processing (NOC: 92012) you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule employees involved in food preparation, dough production, processing, packaging, and related production activities.
• Organize daily production activities and assign tasks to ensure production schedules and workflow are maintained.
• Coordinate the preparation of dough, ingredients, and food products according to production requirements and company standards.
• Inspect food products and packaging to identify quality issues and take corrective action when required.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments to ensure the timely preparation and availability of food products and supplies.
• Identify production and workflow issues, resolve problems, and recommend ways to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Train employees on job duties, production procedures, food safety practices, company policies, and safe work methods.
• Order and monitor food ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and other supplies required for daily production.
• Ensure food products are properly handled, stored, prepared, packaged, and labelled according to established procedures.
• Maintain production records and prepare production, inventory, scheduling, and other operational reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Several years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, and provide direction to team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
