Production Supervisor - Electronics Manufacturing Job

Datec Coating Technologies Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our electronics manufacturing division. The successful candidate will coordinate production workflows, ensure safety compliance, manage training initiatives, and contribute to prototype development within a high-temperature, odor-prone industrial environment.

Requirements:
-Languages: English

-Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

-Experience: Experience an asset

-Supervision: 3-4 people

Experience and specialization
-Types of systems:Kilns
-Equipment and machinery experience: Screen printing machines

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and submit reports
-Establish work schedules
-Train or arrange for training
-Oversee safety of operations
-Set up machines and equipment
-Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
-Assist in building and testing prototypes to specifications
-Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods
