Production Supervisor Job

Supervise the work of production crew in operating production equipment and inspecting products for a metal composite materials manufacturing company. Monitor equipment operation and coordinate routine maintenance or troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Review production schedules and assign tasks to meet daily and weekly output targets. Oversee product inspection and in-process quality control procedures to ensure conformance to automotive specifications. Train new crew members in operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality inspection protocols. Conduct daily shift handovers and report production issues, delays, or material shortages to the production manager.

• 2 years of experience in production control
