Production Supervisor Job

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Establish work schedules
• Oversee safety of operations
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Recommend measures to improve productivity

Employment Requirements:
• Minimum High School Certificate is required.
• The positions require an experience of 2-3 year in related field.
• The candidate must have good English skills in both speaking and writing.
• An ideal candidate should be efficient in interpersonal skills, organized, flexible, with good judgement, and must be a good team player.
• The position is physically demanding and requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, standing and walking for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate must have own steel toed safety boots.

Work Setting: Processing Plant.

Terms of Employment:
The candidates are expected to be available for work for early morning, morning, daytime and evenings. This is 1 full time (30-40 hours per week) and permanent position with a salary of $ 36.60/Hour. The employer provides vision and dental benefits.
