Production Specialist Job

Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following:
▪ Provide technical input and process insight to support production-related functions, including material planning, inventory control, and efficient production flow.
▪ Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.
▪ Participate in capital planning activities and lead the implementation of new equipment and advanced manufacturing technologies to meet future production needs.
▪ Utilize ERP production management program to analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives.
▪ Identify and implement opportunities to reduce material waste, improve energy efficiency, and promote sustainable manufacturing practices.
▪ Develop, update, and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production validation protocols to ensure consistent and controlled processes.
▪ Work closely with other departments/teams to support process changes, resolve production issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, electrical, or industrial)
- 1 year of experience or 6+ months of experience in automotive manufacturing company and ERP production management program experience
