Job Duties:
● Design Plant Layouts and Production Facilities for Cancoil's large manufacturing and warehouse facilities to improve production efficiency and flow for manufacturing commercial refrigeration products and finned tube coils.
● Develop and Conduct Production, Inventory, and Quality Assurance Program, create and manage comprehensive programs to ensure efficient manufacturing of Cancoil’s diverse product lines, meeting quality standards for applications like food processing, refrigerated warehouses, and hospitals.
● Develop Applications Using CAD/CAM: Utilize CAD/CAM to control robots, CNC machines, and other manufacturing processes for producing custom and standard refrigeration products, aligning with Cancoil's focus on R&D and unique product design.
● Conduct detailed work studies to enhance productivity and streamline operations in Cancoil’s expanding manufacturing environment, which features ongoing innovation and growth.
● Develop and Carry Out Industrial Health, Safety, and Fire Prevention Plans and Programs, and Conduct Safety Training Programs - Implement and oversee rigorous safety programs, including training, tailored to Cancoil’s manufacturing environment to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
● Collect and Compile Operational or Experimental Data and Assist in the Development of Estimates, Schedules, Specifications, and Reports: Gather and analyze data from Cancoil’s manufacturing processes to aid in creating accurate estimates, production schedules, and reports.
● Perform various work measurement studies to further optimize production and efficiency across Cancoil’s manufacturing operations, particularly for its varied product applications.
Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 40 hours of work per week
Seasonal Position: no

Wage: $38.05 per hour
Vacation: 4% of annual wages/2 weeks
