Job Description:
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for Plant 1 and Plant 2 based on customer orders, delivery schedules, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and workforce resources;
• Develop production schedules by evaluating manufacturing capacity, inventory levels, material availability, and staffing requirements to ensure timely production and customer delivery;
• Analyze production progress and coordinate with production supervisors to ensure manufacturing activities are performed according to established production plans and schedules;
• Determine workforce allocation for each production line based on production priorities, employee skill levels, and operational requirements;
• Compare actual production output with planned production targets and analyze hourly production performance to identify production variances and operational issues;
• Identify production delays, capacity constraints, and operational bottlenecks, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments to minimize production disruptions;
• Revise production schedules and workforce allocations in response to urgent customer orders, employee absences, equipment downtime, or material shortages;
• Coordinate production schedules and material requirements with the Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Materials departments to maintain efficient manufacturing operations;
• Analyze production capacity, inventory levels, work-in-process, and production performance data to identify opportunities for improving manufacturing efficiency and resource utilization;
• Prepare and maintain production planning reports, production schedules, capacity analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate production performance;
• Develop and implement production planning improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, scheduling accuracy, and overall productivity.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations in an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment;
• Experience developing production schedules based on customer orders, delivery timelines, and manufacturing capacity;
• Experience monitoring production performance metrics, including UPH (units per hour), and analyzing production output;
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional departments, including production, purchasing, logistics, and materials, to support production scheduling;
• Ability to analyze production data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
