Production Planner Job

Production Planner - Flexcon Industries, Inc. - Randolph, MA.

Prepare, distribute, and monitor master production schedule for finished goods, including: working with sales history to create annual forecast; working with sales orders to create monthly/weekly production schedules; and working with Purchasing and Production to adjust daily production schedules as needed. Monitor and adjust daily production schedules to set priorities and to meet stated availability and dates for product. Enter and maintain forecast, production schedule, and manufacturing work orders on ERP system for finished products (made & purchased). Plan and purchase import finished goods to satisfy forecast. Track finished goods inventory and maintain acceptable inventory levels.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related required. 2 years experience as Supply Chain Buyer, Supply Chain Planner, or related in a manufacturing environment required. Experience must have included using Demand Forecast Models to determine planning requirements. Experience must have included using MRP systems to review material and component inventories and their requirements. Experience must have included using ERP software.
