Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our plant dedicated to cleaning and preparing soybeans for export. You will play a key role in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Operate seed cleaning and handling machinery.
Logistics Support: Load and unload trucks and containers.
Quality Control: Monitor grain quality to ensure it meets specific standards.
Production Flow: Assist in maintaining smooth production processes.
Safety & Maintenance: Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and the logistics team.
This is an active, hands-on role within a fast-paced agricultural operation.

Who We Are Looking For

Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player.
Comfortable working in an industrial/production environment.
Local candidates are strongly preferred.
Previous experience in agriculture or grain handling.
Mechanical aptitude.
