Production operations manager Job

Plan and organize the operation of production department of the company.
Oversee staff, production to ensure efficiency and safety.
Develop and manage production schedules, and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products
Plan and implement strategies to meet production targets.
Manage department budget, analyze and controlling costs.
Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines.
Supervise and train new employees in accordance with company requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering program
Over 10 years supervisory/manager experience.
Problem solve skill, highly organized and ability to work in fast pace environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
Punctual, independent and self-motivated
Ability to build and develop effective relationships with team members
Motivated self-starter with discipline to work independently to achieve targets
