Production Manager Job

A Production Manager is needed in Valley, Alabama.

• Manage and oversee daily production activities of manufacturing automotive parts including as automobile seats, head rests, and arm rest.
• Establish and set production goals, objectives, schedules, and budgets for production operations.
• Maintain production process by utilizing human resources, materials, production systems, and equipment.
• Review and identify production engineering system malfunctions to recommend engineering modifications and replacement for increasing production effectiveness.
• Direct production engineering procedures to ensure production operations are in compliance with a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Determine efficient production methods and coordinate production schedules in order to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Direct implementation of newly developed engineering technology and system in production process to ensure its proper operation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry.
