• Measure productivity and goal achievement, determining areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in order to meet production goals
• Establish and implement operational policies, goals, objectives, and procedures
• Actively manage staff, engaging members and creating a culture that fosters growth and operational excellence
• Establish effective budgets, production schedules and machinery maintenance schedules.

• Completion of high school
• 2 years of Managerial or Supervisory experience in manufacturing is required
• Ability to communicate in English is required
