Work hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours/week

Job duties
● Coordinate production plans and assign responsibilities to ensure seamless daily operations
● Supervise and review day-to-day activities to maintain productivity targets
● Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid disruptions or shortages
● Schedule and organize production activities to meet deadlines and efficiency goals
● Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide production planning
● Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with product standards
● Lead the implementation of modifications to equipment, workflow processes, or production systems to enhance efficiency
● Assist in planning and managing departmental budgets and cost control strategies
