Production Manager Job

• Manage and oversee daily production activities of manufacturing automobile suspension and drivetrain components.
• Establish and set production goals, objectives, schedules, and budgets for production operations.
• Maintain production process by utilizing human resources, materials, production systems, and equipment.
• Review and identify production system malfunctions to recommend engineering modifications and replacement for increasing production effectiveness.
• Determine efficient production methods and coordinate production schedules to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Oversee the effective allocation of human resources, materials, and equipment to maintain a streamlined production process.
• Ensure all production activities comply with applicable safety regulations and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
