Production Management Specialist Job

▪ Plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective production
▪ Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and resource availability
▪ Monitor production flow and material movement to ensure smooth operations
▪ Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., cycle time, downtime, scrap rate)
▪ Investigate and resolve production discrepancies; maintain accurate system records
▪ Support inventory coordination, tool management, and material readiness
▪ Conduct 5S and safety inspections and implement improvement actions
▪ Facilitate rework, model changeovers, and sample production setup
▪ Maintain and update process documentation for standardization and compliance
▪ Respond to equipment issues with timely corrective actions
▪ Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize efficiency
▪ Collaborate across production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
▪ Operate ERP/MES systems for real-time production tracking and reporting
▪ Participate in daily meetings to report performance and escalate issues
▪ Monitor workforce attendance and support labor planning and reporting

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• 6 + months of experience in production manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing KPIs
• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
