Production Maintenance Manager Job

A Production Maintenance Manager is needed in West Point, Georgia.

• Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of all manufacturing equipment used in the production of automotive components including headliner module, hold insulation, and dash outer insulation.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to mini-mize equipment downtime and support consistent production flow.
• Manage maintenance staff and contractors to perform equipment repairs, routine inspections, and system diagnostics across production lines.
• Develop and monitor maintenance budgets, inventory levels of spare parts, and procurement of critical tools and supplies to ensure timely response to equipment needs.
•　Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective and continuous improvement strategies.
•　Support installation and commissioning of new production machinery, ensuring proper setup, testing, and training to achieve stable and reliable operations.
•　Analyze maintenance data and system performance metrics to drive decision-making for sys-tem upgrades, replacements, or process improvements.
•　Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and environmental regulations related to machine operations and facility maintenance.
•　Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance efforts align with produc-tion goals, engineering standards, and quality control requirements.

Associate degree (in any field of study) and 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
