Looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can keep production moving, support a team, and make an impact every shift? Ditsch USA is hiring Line Leads for our new Kemper location. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy coaching others, solving problems, and jumping in where needed, this could be a great next step for you!
Ditsch USA creates memorable pretzel experiences for food service and retail customers. We take pride in quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement and we are looking for leaders who want to help our people and production lines succeed.
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed.

What You’ll Do
As a Line Lead, you will support employees on the production floor, keep workflow on track, and help ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support production employees during the shift.
Keep production moving safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Monitor workflow, staffing needs, changeovers, and shift transitions.
Reinforce food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety expectations.
Help troubleshoot production issues and communicate updates to supervisors.
Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
Support continuous improvement, reduce waste, and help minimize downtime.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Food production experience is helpful, but strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are most important.
High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
Previous lead, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, coaching, teamwork, basic math, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read production documents, follow specifications, and work overtime or weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures, equipment, noise, and required safety gear.
