Duties include, but not limited to:
• Support production process optimization and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues;
• Ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing standards;
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions;
• Assist in designing and modifying production workflows;
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements;
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of engineering activities; and
• Participate in training and development for production staff.

Job Requirements:
An associate's degree in engineering preferred AND at least 6 months of experience.
