Production Engineering Manager Job

Direct and coordinate production engineering activities, overseeing production process optimization, tooling design, and equipment procurement for a metal stamped automobile internal body parts manufacturing company. Direct the engineering review of production layouts and material flow strategies, applying simulation and modeling tools to optimize logistics and manufacturing space utilization, consistent with world-class manufacturing principles. Lead engineers in designing, developing, and implementing complex engineering solutions for production challenges, including optimizing stamping dies, welding jigs, and assembly line layouts to improve overall equipment effectiveness and product dimensional accuracy. Lead capital expenditure projects for new equipment and process automation, including feasibility studies, vendor selection, installation, and validation, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards and safety regulations. Provide technical guidance with advanced engineering principles, exercise managerial authority over engineering staff, conduct performance evaluations, and develop training programs to foster continuous professional growth and maintain a high level of engineering expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering major, followed by 5 years of progressive experience in production control in the automotive industry
