Production Engineer Job

• Process Design & Improvement: Develop and optimize production processes using mechanical engineering principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Equipment Management: Design and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Production Support: Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards, meet cost target, and achieve maximum efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead or support projects to implement new processes, equipment upgrades, or production line expansions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all processes and equipment comply with safety regulations and environmental standards. Design training programs for operators; develop safety procedure; complete technical engineering reports.

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related is required. Two years of experience as Mechanical Engineer, Plant or Production Manager, or Plant or Production Engineer is required. Work Location: Texarkana, Texas
