Production Engineer Job

Duties Include, but not limited to:

• Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new processes or modifications to existing ones.
• Streamline workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions.
• Ensure equipment safety and compliance with regulations.
• Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Analyze production data on SAP to forecast future needs.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or closely related field AND 6 months of experience.

• Compensation
$ 52,000-62,000
