Production Engineer Job

Duties Include, but not limited to:
• Analyze SAP production data for resource planning, cost analysis, and coordination with quality control.
• Plan and adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements using SAP.
• Troubleshoot product issues related to design, materials, or processes.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accuracy through daily counts and SAP tracking.
• Optimize production parameters and floor layout to improve efficiency.
• Maintain 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) to prevent disruptions.
• Implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Support new product launches and prepare production for mass manufacturing.
• Prepare for audits, lead cost-saving initiatives, and report KPIs.
• Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or closely related field AND 2 years of production experience.

Compensation
$ 58,000-68,000
