Production Engineer Job

Job Duties:
• Research, design, and evaluate production equipment and tooling used in resin-based injection molding of automotive NVH components.
• Configure and adjust operating conditions for molding raw materials to ensure stable processing and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Develop and implement production processes, selecting manufacturing methods and optimizing workflow based on mechanical analysis.
• Install and integrate automated production lines, applying mechanical modifications to improve efficiency and quality.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions by investigating mechanical failures and recommend corrective engineering solutions.
• Perform maintenance engineering functions, including equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive procedures.
• Conduct mechanical tests and analyze production data, preparing technical reports and recommending design modifications when necessary.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical managers to apply operating procedures and resolve technical issues in manufacturing systems, etc.

Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field

Experience Requirement
 Two (2) years of work experience in production/manufacturing engineering or a related role
