Responsibilities

Compile orders and instructions received from customers
Develop specific plans to prioritize work
Organize tasks to accomplish operational goals
Oversee and plan operational logistics of the organization
Determine and revise the type and quantity of materials required for production and construction projects
Track and complete work orders
Coordinate activities with other departments and work units
Coordinate the flow of supplies and materials
Compile worksheets and order specifications
Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs efficiently
Monitor production progress
Prepare and maintain progress and operational reports
Provide customer service
Coordinate, assign, and review work
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Assist in maintaining communications equipment
Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
Respond to urgent or emergency situations requiring coordination
Follow up on issues related to work orders
Maintain records of vehicle operators and related activities
Schedule assignments and coordinate crews, equipment, and resources
Organize and maintain inventory
