Production Control Manager Job

Manage and lead overall production control activities such as production planning, material control, and process optimization for an automobile seat frames manufacturing company. Establish production schedules, safety initiatives, and quality improvement measures by analyzing production capacities and equipment layouts. Ensure that the production schedule aligns with the master production plan. Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure a consistent supply of raw materials for production. Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Ensure that manufactured products meet customer quality standards. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and minimize waste.

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering major
• 2 years of managerial experience in production control
