Summary Description
Dynamics’ engineering capability includes a design engineering, process engineering, and automation engineering capability.
Dynamics’ production capability includes automated production, semi-automated production, and manual production.
The Production Specialist / Production Associate position works in our production group to manufacture products using our proprietary processes and equipment to achieve our engineered products, components, and sub-components. Our Production Specialists works closely with our design engineering capability and automation engineering capability to analyze and improve our process technologies that enable our engineering designs to be manufactured in volume and at our quality standards.
Dynamics operates multiple shifts and offers roles across multiple shifts. Dynamics permits -pre-approved overtime as needed.
Production Specialists may also perform preventative maintenance on equipment as well as develop skills as a technician to particular processes and equipment.

Ability to learn new tasks and skills to manufacture products, components, and sub-components either using manual processes, semi-automated processes, and fully automated processes.
Ability to work in a team
Ability to cross-train across several processes so the team can operate in a number of different manufacturing profiles
