Production Assistant Job

Responsible for tasks related to production assistance, quality control, and raw materials. Work collaboratively with the TWP team to ensure that all production runs smoothly. Create and manage Work in Progress (WIP) report. Maintain styles, BOMs, POs in Excel and Retail Lifecycle Management (RLM). Support in sourcing materials, fabrics, and trims required for garment production. Aid in communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors regarding orders and shipments. Assist in quality control inspections of garments during the production process. Collaborate with the TWP team to ensure that all production runs smoothly. Track, receive, and organize product samples for various apparel lines and assist in conducting quality checks to ensure samples meet specification. Update purchase orders and production schedules in internal systems. Create and maintain production files ensuring all required information is readily accessible.
