Job Duties
Lead major product initiatives across cross-functional teams from concept to deployment. Facilitating task planning and prioritization Perform market research to identify trends and user needs to inform feature development. Oversee product documentation and conduct client and internal onboarding. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering. Develop, analyze, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria Conduct A/B testing and evaluate UI/UX performance for continuous improvement Support quality assurance processes including test planning and release management Collaborate with marketing and operations for go-to-market strategies. Use of ITSM platforms, ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum Practices, Asana, backlog grooming, Canny, Pendo, and APIs.
Minimum requirements
Education: Must possess Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 12 months’ experience in the position offered or a related position.
Special skills:
Aforementioned 12 months must include the following:
ITSM platforms, ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum Practices, Asana, backlog grooming, Canny, Pendo, and APIs.
