Product Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals and customer needs
2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists to develop and launch new features, products, and enhancements.
3. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, ensuring that GymUnite remains at the forefront of the fitness industry.
5. Develop and track key performance metrics, monitoring the success of product launches and iterating on your strategy as needed.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and execution.
7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, championing best practices in product management and agile development.

Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
2. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or technology industries.
3. Demonstrated success in launching and managing digital products, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
4. Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making, with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or Tableau.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
7. Passion for the fitness industry and a deep understanding of GymUnite's mission and values.
