Job Description:
We are seeking a technically experienced Product Manager specialising in power distribution equipment such as MCCB, ACB, and similar products.
This role will take technical ownership of the product lifecycle, focusing on product reliability, quality management, failure analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and international R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Own technical specifications and performance standards for power equipment products.
* Ensure product quality across design, manufacturing, and field applications.
* Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Lead root-cause analysis of product defects.
* Troubleshoot product failures using engineering principles.
* Coordinate teams to identify failure mechanisms and corrective actions.
* Develop corrective and preventive action plans.
* Drive quality improvements.
* Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
* Maintain documentation of failures, corrective actions, and improvements.
* Standardise quality-improvement processes.
* Support preventive quality initiatives.
* Serve as a technical liaison between US teams and Korea HQ R&D.
* Support alignment between product design and manufacturing execution.

* Strong understanding of power equipment design and operation, including MCCB, ACB, or similar.
* Ability to perform basic electrical and mechanical testing.
* Strong engineering problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and across multinational teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering tools/CAD.
* Experience in product, R&D, manufacturing, or quality engineering preferred.
* Knowledge of FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis preferred.
* UL standards and ISO 9001 experience preferred.
* ERP, PLM, or MES experience preferred.
* AutoCAD or SolidWorks experience preferred.
* Korean/English bilingual capability preferred.
Important: The position requires approximately 7 months of training in Korea, followed by relocation to Enoch, Utah. Candidates must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
