We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Management Leader to join our leadership team. In this strategic role, you will lead product management functions, drive digital transformation initiatives, and shape experience-led solutions for our global clients.
You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and client success—collaborating closely with engineering, UX, design, marketing, and executive teams to translate complex business needs into scalable digital experiences.

Core Responsibilities:

Define and drive product strategy, vision, and execution across enterprise engagements.
Lead and mentor a global team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities and craft data-backed product roadmaps.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel platforms, including eCommerce, CMS, AI-driven tools, and composable architectures.
Ensure cross-functional alignment across engineering, UX, DevOps, QA, and delivery teams.
Develop processes and frameworks to elevate the product discipline within Altudo.
Lead complex digital transformations for B2B, B2C, and subscription-based business models.
Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development in collaboration with sales and strategy teams.
Establish product KPIs and ensure initiatives are driving measurable business outcomes.

12+ years of product leadership experience, including managing large cross-functional teams.
Strong background in digital commerce, content management systems, and customer experience platforms.
Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs.
Expertise in tools such as Sitecore, Optimizely, CommerceTools,.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments and engaging with executive stakeholders.
Deep understanding of agile product development, product-market fit, and client-centered design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
